"So guttered! Went to pick up a ring I got resized that was ready to be collected. Hours for the mall and Stewart Dawson online are 6pm. I travelled a far distance to pick this up and arrived at 5.30pm and they were closed early! 2 team members inside were super unhelpful. I mentioned I wasn’t buying I was just picking this up and they would not open the door after constant asking. I now have to travel another day a long distance to collect this again. Would not recommend this place at all! Terrible customer service"

They let you enjoy your experience whilst you look at the stuff they have in their store. Not the sort of into-your-face approach and hurrying you up to say what you want. I enjoyed being there and got what I want feeling satisfied after the purchase."
"The staff I saw today was the most efficient and caring person I have ever met. She has a knowledge of the quality and care mostly of what I presented her. Individual Green pearls and transform it into earings. She went out of her way even to fix my black pearl pendant with gold chain. Highly recommended. Have a great weekend and safe travels up north."
