"Ordered a bedframe online. Furniture Now Mt. Roskill did not have the item in stock but still took my money. No email confirmation or anything when I placed the order. I called them to see when I could pick up the item and they said "sorry, we don't have the item in stock, send me your credit card details and we'll try to refund you". I did that and it's now been over a week with no refund. Their phone number has been disconnected and they took the Mt. Roskill branch off their website. I can only assume they have closed their business with my money so am forced to dispute the charge with the credit card company. Beware, don't buy anything from their online store. Go into the store to see what they actually have."
"I placed an order for an Adele bed frame on May 7th through the click and collect service, but unfortunately, the entire process has been riddled with issues and shortcomings. First of all, I did not receive any confirmation email or any indication of when I could expect to collect the item. This lack of communication left me uncertain about the status of my order, prompting me to reach out via email. I specifically asked if my order had been received and requested an estimated time for collection, along with a confirmation email. The response I received stated that the bed frame would be available for collection on May 16th, but no confirmation email was ever sent. When I arrived at the store on May 18th to collect the bed frame, I was dismayed to discover that the hardware and assembly instructions were missing. This oversight not only inconvenienced me but also raised concerns about the quality of service. I contacted the Mt Roskill store again and the response I received stated that the missing hardware would be available on May 30th. I went to collect the hardware on June 6th. However, despite my repeated requests, I still have not received the crucial assembly instructions even a pdf file. This oversight is utterly unacceptable and reflects a severe lack of attention to detail and customer care. How can I be expected to assemble the bed frame properly without the necessary guidance? Throughout this entire process, I have not received any form of apology or acknowledgment for the inconveniences I have faced. I expect to receive the missing assembly instructions without any further delay. Hopefully you will improve your internal processes and communication channels to ensure such mishaps are not repeated with other customers."
"Worst ever customer service, got no stock in the store. None of staff interested in sales, they got deals but longest delivery estimated time. Should close the business, shame on you guys!!!!!"
"Great deals, great prices. Staff were incredibly helpful, both in store and via email. They were responsive and quick to help. They offer a good range, particularly for those with a budget. They actually looked like a decent furniture place, not like those super cheap Asian furniture warehouse stores. The quality is not bad. It is not upmarket, but it’s a great place to start, again for those with a budget."
"Bought a super king mattress/base off their website last week during a 50% off sale and they were able to deliver it a couple of days later. The delivery crew were on time, friendly and everything was well wrapped. We had previously bought a queen size mattress/base from them 4-years ago which also went without a hitch, but after the previous owner allowed the company to go into receivership last year I was a bit worried about this latest transaction, but it seems the new owner has things sorted and is committed to getting the brand back on track. Would recommend giving these guys a try as for the price and delivery service, you can't get much better."
