"Terrible inconsiderate driving by the driver of LBK511 on the 25/04/2019. He was on his phone holding up traffic in the fast lane next to another car not passing at 80km/h created a hold up on the motorway and was very dangerous. He then proceeded to actively hold up traffic when notified to spite everyone. We don’t want these kinds of drivers holding up our city."
