"These guys are amazing. My Van broke a tail shaft and these guys went above and beyond. I rang them from the side of the road and let them know what had happened and they just said bring it in we will get it sorted. As soon as it arrives they jumped on it and diagnosed the problem and set about finding parts. After finding no new parts in Australia and overseas parts being months away. They found a second hand one in Queensland. Could not rate these guys high enough. Amazing work, people and pricing is great."

"Great at sales but customer support afterwards is terrible. I bought a Mahindra tractor from them and I live in yass. During the time of sale, great promises were made about support but now there is no response at all. Have to spend hours chasing them to get something. Lesson learnt to stick with your local dealer so you don't get stuck post sales."

"The team at NGA were great, I bought a new Mahindra Pik-up ute, done it all remotely from home, via phone or email correspondence, and without a test drive due to the current market challenges. There was no mucking around, no hard sell…. Just really easy. Any other option I wanted later on… I just emailed the team and it’s done. I won’t go into the wait time… that’s just something that’s got to be accepted if you want to buy a new car, given the way things are in the world.
