"If a company sinks or swims by following through on what they say they are going to do, when they are going to do it, with no materials to safely transport fragile items, then this company needs life jackets. I was treated with disregard and disrespect. They are unreliable. They say one thing and fail to honour those arrangements. The initial items were picked up a day late, and the additional items were not picked up when promised but days later. Finally after all the misinformation and failure to keep to promised arrangements, the items are hopefully on their way to Port Macquarie. Needless to say I do not recommend them. The whole exercise was stressful, caused inconvenience and disruption. Never again!!"
