Maxwell Airport Transfers and Tours Auckland

"Booked and paid for … an all day tour with them in July 2022 and now 5 days before our tour they just cancel our trip with no explanation… totally unreliable! I have tried repeated to contact them, but they do not reply. UPDATE: I actually booked this trip thru Expedia, and I’m sorry to say I never received any of your messages, clearly, since I wrote to you twice. I apologize for the negative review, at the time of writing, I only wanted an explanation, which apparently Expedia never forwarded to us. Again, my apologies for not knowing you were actually contacting me via another online travel agent which I did not use for this booking last July. I do feel your message about me from the USA and not knowing about the disasters here in New Zealand a little snarky…yes I am from the USA, but don’t watch TV, so yes, I was unaware of this beach/road destruction in that area…of course I would never expect your company to put any of their clients in harms way. It would seem a bit obvious to me, that I wasn’t receiving your messages from the multiple messages I sent asking for an explanation."
