"Recently my little 5-year-old son needed his hips to be checked out. Dr. Matthew Boyle was so good with our little man, making him feel very comfortable. He was very friendly and professional and explained and discussed all the information with us in detail which is really wonderful in medical practice. The environment is lovely. His receptionist Hayley is so welcoming and helpful. Thank you for providing such an excellent service, we really appreciated it."
"I had my ACL reconstruction last year through ACC by Mathew Boyle and team. Mathew was highly professional and I received a top class treatment and care all the way through from his team. I highly recommend him."
"Disappointedly waste of time. In tremendous pain, and for too lon. Locked yes, locked not 'frozen' shoulder how he described it. Reporting him to ACC. I quote him "You will be in pain for up to 2 years" I can give you a STEROID INJECTION. I said NO THANX. Apart from not mending the tear, it is bad for me and stays in my blood forever. Also I read, if you take thyroxin do not take STEROID injections. Hadn't read my notes. Wasn't prepared to operate and manipulate my arm. I went for 2nd opinion. He is inexperienced and I explained that when my left inner rotator cuff was done in2007, the surgeon manipulated the arm during the operation. The pain was on a scale 13/10. Cudnt put hand on wheel or turn it, couldnt reach, out anywhere or around back. Useless. Painful awaking me 3-4 times per night with pain all day. Luckily in August I fell smashing my arm down and into a Nutro plastic container which was brittle. My right upper arm went black. Sent photo to him and said "no longer locked, I manipulated it". The experience proved that my arm was dislocated and he should have inspected me properly and actioned. He did not. Even a vet wouldn't have left an animal in so much pain. Shouldn't give him any stars - just a waste of time and money. Matthew learn. J."
"Last year I had the pleasure of meeting Matthew Boyle having been referred to him by my Physiotherapist. Matt is very professional and understanding. He explained the pathology of my shoulder, the issues and what could be done to give a better quality of life, to be free from pain and restriction. Surgery and recovery was a positive experience, post op appointments and care very encouraging. A step by step rehabilitation program to assist Physiotherapist in healing and strengthening. For Matthew nothing but the highest of praise and appreciation for a very successful surgery - a reflection of his skill and support. It would be remiss to not mention Hayley the lovely voice at the end of the phone. Matthews secretary for her assistance and compassion only adds to the value of a great team. Sincere thanks Lynlea"
"Three weeks after my injury I had an appointment with Matthew at the Millenium Center. He acted really professional and did some tests with my knee. After the tests he said that I had to do an MRI to confirm what he already thought: my left ACL was completely ruptured. After the diagnosis he and his secretary acted really fast, he checked if my knee was strong enough for a surgery, he said that I would be ready in 4 weeks if I would train with the physiotherapist. We planned the surgery in 5 weeks so I had some extra time to regain my strength in my muscles. The surgery went really good and fast, I stayed 1 night at the hospital and then they discharged me. I saw him a few weeks after the surgery, he was really positive about the progress that I made and he encouraged me to continue at this rate. Right now it is 2 months after the surgery, I walked like I used to do before the surgery, but he was really strict that I couldn't play football again till at least 9 months because the ligament needs time to regain strength. The scars that I have are really small. I don't have any other experience with surgents but I think that Matthew is a really good surgent. He knows what he is doing, he is positive and he is a very nice and social guy. Thanks!"
