"I bought a queen size headboard from here and they delivered a king size. it turned up without a box and they said it was because it was a floor model. I called and spoke up someone who said he'd call me back, then never did. I emailed 6 times and called, text multiple times, no response. it's been months now. very disappointing and terrible service."
"Terrible Service and products are not good quality. I bought a recliner from YNL and in less than a year the stitching started to come off. I called them to fix the issue but they said they would charge me to do that ! A more than $600 recliner and did not last even a year without tearing, despite handling it so well ( no kids or pets playing on it ever) They never offered to fix the issue and were least interested in customer satisfaction. DO NOT RECOMMEND !"
