"Went to pool and blues on the adjacent building at night around 9:05pm and drove into the carpark at the back with the gates open. it had no clear signage at night to advise the gates would be locked. As i drove in, i saw 2 indians in courierpost uniform walk past. As i turned the car around to drive out i saw 1 of the courierpost staff members locking the gates closed. My friend and i yelled out to say he needed to let us out but he made no effort to respond and bolted into a waiting prius and drove off. I called First Security but they advised their client (courierpost) refused any callouts after hours and that I'd have to wait until the morning to retrieve the car. Utter contempt for courierpost. The staff did not mention to me or my friend he was locking the gates and did not respond to our attempts to get his attention. Such lack of professionalism and common decency when all he had to do was wait 1 minute to let a car out before locking up, makes you wonder how they treat your parcels."
