"I forgot to give this place a review the first time that I went so I apologize for that. What I can say about both times that I have been there including tonight is that goldings is one of the best bars in wellington! Not too noisy, lovely atmosphere and very laid back as a place too with a keen variety of draft beers and great food. The pizza was great the first time that I went but today, the pizza place that provides the pizzas was closed so instead, I enjoyed some quesedillas cooked up by a gentleman called Alex who is polite, friendly and a great cook. I really cannot complain about anything with this place. It can get pretty busy on most nights though so try to get there a little early if possible but either way, the staff there will do their best to accommodate you in this lovely little place that as long as you check beforehand on Google reviews or directly with them via phone number, it will not be completely impossible to find a place there to enjoy beer and food. Will definitely visit again soon."

"We popped in here to have our pizzas from the shop across the road (Pomodoro). Decided to try their craft beer as well. We really enjoyed the stout. The bar had a cool vibe with lots of star wars themed decor, which our son really enjoyed. Friendly service. Great place to have a bite, the pizzas were 10/10 authentic Italian Neapolitan style"
