"I have been trying to contact you multiple times over a bill I've recently received that is from way back in March. Why has it taken 4 months to receive this? No one answers the phone when I call and I just get an answering machine that offers an email address which doesn't work either as I get a failed delivery notification for the email address you provide. I hope someone can get back to me cause if you send this to a debt collector being 4 months overdue it's not real fair in my opinion. What on earth is going on with not being able to contact you?"

"Every appointment I have had here has been rebooked, and the one I said I couldn't change, I had multiple receptionists ring me to push me to do so and in the end the doctor spent less than 10 min with me and charged me nearly $300. I was given very wrong information about pricing and waiting times for every procedure I have had done here. The receptionists were cold and the whole experience has not felt good at all. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone and even though I need more follow up for my sleep issues, I've decided to stop until I find somewhere else to go. The ONLY reason I gave this place two stars was because of Taylah, otherwise it would have been 0. She was absolutely fantastic. Lovely, kind, and made sure I understood everything and had all the knowledge I needed for the sleep study."
