"Fantastic doctors. I have seen 2 doctors from this clinic during the past 15 years. I changed from my first doctor to my current doctor as my needs changed. Both highly professional and happy to take on my other family members included my elderly mother my adult daughter and now my 6 yo grand daughter no issues at all. Never had to wait longer than 20mins usually only wait 5 mins but there has been the odd occasion where I've had to wait max 20mins. Reception staff always happy to book me an appointment and generally if I've needed to see my doctor and call reception staff around 8am they have fitted me in that day. However if I know I need to see my gp for any reason and I know in advance i book in advance. I can call up and book telephone appointments with my doctor for recurring scripts and the doctor sends scripts to my pharmacy, it doesn't get easier than that. My only one issue with this clinic which appears to be an issue they have addressed which was the long wait trying to get to speak with the reception staff at the beginning of any phone call but like I said they seem to have fixed that issue now and even tell you via a recorded message every couple of minutes what caller number you are and update your progress through the que every couple of minutes and give the option to leave your number and they call you when its your turn. I've not taken that option as I've only ever had 3 callers infront of me when I've called. Highly recommend this clinic very professional, and conveniently located within the premises is a pathology and a pharmacy. x-ray service next door very convenient used them a few times over the years. All round good service provided to me and my family i can not believe the negative reviews written before me I can not say a bad word about my experience over the past 15 years."

"Long wait time for my appointment (at least 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before I was called in to see the GP), however the GP was kind to me (Dr Gav), as was the nurse who administered my vaccination (I didn't get her name but she said she has five daschunds!). Reception staff were pleasant and efficient. I'm not going to say they're the best medical practice in the world, but other than the wait time I didn't have any issues with them."

"Expect to wait over an hour for your appointment. Don't bring it up to the reception staff either, they will just dismiss you rudely."

"Disgusting treatment for an overdue account that took the practice 4 months to discover. Threats and harassment, refusal of treatment and termination of my patient relationship. Mistyped my credit card details and accused me of dodging payment. Then tried to refuse cash. My GP was outstanding but the practice will no longer allow me to see them. Disgusting breach of ethics. Unconscionable and illegal trading. In breach of the Currency Act and several ACCC stated consumer protection laws. Furious is an understatement and have been on the phone with lifeline as a result of their ugliness. Ten years as a patient and all that matters to them is $49.45..... which I drove to pay after they stuffed it up over the phone, insinuated that I'm a bad debtor and made threats to terminate my records. DISGUSTING."

"Been going to this GP for most of my life, I tried 3 different doctors, all of the same. I am sick of waiting hours to get into a appointment, only to tell me what I already know and they palm me off to someone else who knows more than they do. Sick of waiting 45 minutes, every single time I ring up about results for an X-Ray, MRI or ultrasound scan that I got 3 weeks ago. I am not one to get inpatient or angry and write these reviews, but Jesus. Doctors are nice, receptionists are nice, but everything else is a joke."
