"I have been on the phone with the Medibank nurse tonight (about my child’s health). The person on the phone sounded cold, even soulless and through our conversation, demonstrated a lack of empathy—poor customer service: one out of ten. Also, besides standard questions about membership type, she inquired about my child’s birthplace (if a child was born overseas). Likely because of my strong accent. However, how ones origins affects service we pay for it with our premium membership. Unprofessional and almost rude"
