"After the change of ownership, multiple visits to the vet's, and the last groom having multiple cuts (still have the photos) we have moved to another groomer. The final correspondence was amicable and turned rather rude from the establishment. Interesting enough I have since found out that our new groomer has had an influx of Wash n Wag dogs. There are also rumours of dogs being muzzled if they aren't as well behaved, as they maybe scared.
