Welcome to Devenport Estate, a charming Bed & Breakfast located in Korokoro, just a short drive or train ride away from Wellington CBD. Situated on Korokoro Road, our establishment offers a peaceful and idyllic setting for guests to relax and unwind.

At Devenport Estate, we pride ourselves on providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our guests. With three guestrooms, each equipped with either an en-suite or private bathroom, we ensure that your stay is as convenient and enjoyable as possible. Our friendly hosts, Alasdair and Christopher, have been running Devenport Estate as a B&B since 2001 and have gained recognition in New Zealand's B&B Black Book.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a glass of our own homemade wine or cider. We are fortunate to have several hundred Pinot Gris grapevines, allowing us to produce our own unique blend. Additionally, we have free range hens that provide fresh eggs for breakfast, ensuring a delicious and satisfying start to your day. Our generous continental breakfast is sure to please even the most discerning palates.

One of the highlights of staying at Devenport Estate is the opportunity to interact with our two adorable cocker spaniel puppies, Dexter and Wooster. Born in October 2017, they are always ready to provide some hands-on puppy fun for our guests.
