"Brought an Ole Lynggaard leather bracelet which discoloured in less than 7 months. After trying to take it back to replace the faulty product they were extremely rude, first claiming it wasn't brought from their shop but after telling them to look it up in their system they realized we did buy it from them but proceeded to make up other excuses of why they couldn't replace. The reason I would go to a boutique store rather than a cheaper chain jewelry shop was because you would think they'd value their customers more. Ridiculous customer service - after years of shopping here and thousands spent I won't be coming back ever again and I recommend no one else does either."
