"I feel that this shop is a rip-off. I recently purchased a silver ring, but when I tried to return it the next day because it didn't fit me, the shopkeeper didn't have my correct size. Unfortunately, they refused to give me a refund. This experience made me believe that this shop does not value its customers and is a complete rip-off. Additionally, the manager was very rude and unhelpful throughout the process. This incident occurred at Glenfield Mall, and I strongly advise against shopping there. They also claimed to have a shop in St Luke's Mall, but it was closed down. I still have an $80 voucher, but I'm unable to purchase anything with it as the prices are not worth the value. I want to caution others against shopping there as it seems to be a trap for customers."
