Welcome to Asian Family Services, a professional establishment located at 62 Paul Matthews Road, Auckland, New Zealand. As a health-focused institution, we are dedicated to providing support to Asians living in New Zealand through face-to-face or telephone consultations.

At Asian Family Services, we understand the importance of confidentiality and professionalism when it comes to personal, family, social, and psychological issues. Our team of trained counsellors, social workers, and health promoters are here to guide and assist you in resolving these challenges through free counselling sessions, available in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, Japanese, Thai, Hindi, Gujarati, and Marathi. If you require an interpreter for other languages, we can arrange that as well.

In addition to our counselling services, we also offer tailor-made psychoeducation and therapy workshops, ensuring that our clients receive the most effective interventions. We believe in providing nationwide support to Asians in New Zealand, and our helpline, accessible at 0800 862 342, operates from Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm.

Asian Family Services is committed to public health, and we actively raise awareness about gambling harm within Asian communities. We strive to support meaningful changes for those struggling with gambling problems. In response to the growing number of South Asians seeking help in this area, we have introduced Asha, a free and completely confidential support service. Asha is available to anyone affected by harmful gambling, whether it be the individual with the gambling problem or their loved ones.
