"I bought my bed-frame and they kept it in the store for me for long time. I really appreciated the boss husband and wife delivered my bed frame on the 30 Jan while the heavy storm and flood in Auckland, they have spent more than an hour help me to installed the bed steel frame, I am very appreciated they kept my bed frame more than a year without charging storage fees and delivered the bed frame during the storm. Good quality, good service and nice boss"

"Purchased a new desk/ console from Microgiant last week. They delivered it for $40. Delivery was punctual and deliverer was very friendly putting up with and conversing with my 3 year old who gave his undivided attention and asked questions the whole time. It was flat packed- He also assembled it form me which went over and above in my opinion. Nice to have such friendly and professional service from a local. Recommended."
"6 MONTHS!!! Purchased an Arco Lamp from this company in March - left it on layby as I was moving into the area and didnt want it until I had moved. 10 weeks later I went to make a final payment & to advise them I would collect during the following week - but when I went to collect I was told the stock item was missing parts so another had been ordered & was being shipped in to arrive a month later. The item has been delayed so many times - It has taken a further 3 1 / 2 months to actually get the item! I realise that Covid has played a small part in the delays - however the customer service from this store is non-exsitent. When I was notified the item had arrived - A time was pre-arranged to collect and no one was there to meet me! When I did eventually get it home and unpacked, low and behold - parts were missing! A further trip by me was made to pick a part up & the wrong part was given to me, I had to then basically force the owner to come and fix it! Each step of this purchase and fixing their errors has been instigated by me having to contact them to see what's happening - not once have they followed this up with me and to be told by the owner - these things happen! Seriously ! I will never purchase from this store again as there is NO such thing as CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just not good enough and a silly little bike ornament as an peace offering - just doesnt even begin to make up for this poor experience."
