"The staff are nice but the rooms are dirty. When I took my shoes off inside, the floors felt unclean and sticky. The tiles are visibly dirty, the carpet feels like it’s all stuck to itself with dirt, and the bathroom isn’t thoroughly cleaned."

"We come every two months and used to like coming here . New owners taken over and price of our room went up $100. Reception is rude and on arrival no one there speak English. Picked up the phone and no answer. Had to wait for over 15 min before finally someone arrived ( who spoke English ) . No apology. Very disappointed ."

"Very accommodating staff and we had to get extra accommodation due to family member needing longer time in hospital. They were very helpful and gave us another room which was much nicer than the first room we had. Very spacious, clean, tidy, quiet, and so close to everything"

"Price was good. Size was good. Reception was friendly. Bathroom and spa were good. There was a sign advertising for a house keeper - and they need one. Place was tidy, but grubby. A few McDonald’s chips under the kid’s bed from a previous guest; extractor fan was very dirty. Mexican place down the road did a good dinner. I would stay there again for the price. My wife wouldn’t stay there again for the grubbiness."
