Reviews
"Probably the most well respected practice in western Victoria I’ve found. Personally I, along with so many other people feel lucky to have access to their services. The poor rating given by a small minority will only see some people miss out on the professional caring treatment from the Mind@Home staff that can be found no where else. Shame….."
"Awesome practice! Dr Birch is a top bloke and very diligent and thoughful GP. He has helped me more than any other practitioner with my lower-back issues, and Linda in reception is always pleasant and friendly."
"Avoid going to this practice at ALL costs! They are disorganised, rude, and I wouldn't step a foot back there. I think that they added to my anxieties!"
"The disorganisation of this clinic is disgusting. They say they are there to help and are trying to help yet they refuse to diagnose for mental conditions. I have spoken to them for over a year and I am angry. I have gotten absolutely no where. Dr Barry, whilst he is a trained psychiatrist only provides advice to the clinic for specific patients. He doesn't actually DO anything for the patients. I came into the clinic a year ago telling them I was there for a medication review and diagnosis. They changed my birth control methods and my antidepressant and ignored me when I told them that it made me worse. I had to find another doctor to be able to get changed to something better because Dr Birch "was not comfortable" changing it again or back to what I was on."
"Terrible. Robert Proctor got physical with a client long time ago I foubd out. Plus one of his woman councillors I was seeing left me worse when I saw her. I would not recommend them to anyone."
