At RSPCA Op Shop - Bendigo, we are unable to accept certain items such as mattresses, pillows, worn underwear, opened toiletries, and damaged items. Disposing of unsaleable or broken items costs us money, so we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Our op shop is operated solely by teams of dedicated volunteers, and the funds raised from our sales go towards supporting RSPCA Victoria's mission to end animal cruelty. We invite you to join our dedicated Op Shop Volunteer Team, where you can contribute in various roles, including sorting goods, displaying items for sale, and serving customers. All volunteers are asked to commit to a regular weekly or fortnightly 3-hour shift for a minimum of six months.

Please note that our opening hours may vary as our op shops are staffed entirely by volunteers. Opening hours depend on volunteer rosters and occasionally can change without notice.
