This was my first Korean massage and it was really intense as I opted for deep tissue, but Sharon was so thorough and her knowledge of the body put me at ease. "I had the 90min massage 2 days ago and due to miscommunication the experience was not pleasant for me, so I wrote a 1 star review. Upon seeing this review the owner rang me to apologize and offer compensation for the massage. I initially refused as she had done her job, but then she emailed me and was very apologetic and understanding of my feelings and repeated her offer, all of which I deeply appreciated. This shows she is both a good person and business woman. She has strong hands and so that if that is what you are after good, but if not, remember communication is key. -This review was not pushed upon me or demanded of me by the owner in anyway. "If you're looking for someone with incredibly strong hands to really get in there and manipulate your muscles, then Sharon's deep tissue massage will be great for you. Sharon is very thorough and really forces your muscles around. However, if you're hoping for some time out to relax, switch off, and enjoy a restful and pain-free massage, then I don't recommend Kbeauty Health House for you."
