"InStore: The Porirua staff were helpful, accommodating, and provided all the information we required before buying the furniture. Delivery: This has been below par till date. According to our invoice the furniture was supposed to be delivered 3rd week of August. No delivery, and radio silence last week. We were not provided any notification about the delay. We call the store to enquiring the status on the 21st and are advised that it will be delivered by the 22nd. Days pass, and radio silence. We call again today 23rd August. The new date we have been now provided is 28/29th. We have no confidence that this timeline will be met. I will update this comment with our experience next week."
