I never had such sales experience in NZ. Would pursue it legally... This is my response to your reply...I have not asked for a discount i have called to do price confirmation. It was super convenient to Costco which was great as I don’t live in the area and had made a special trip out. The staff were super friendly and I was able to buy my item right there on the spot. The Ikea furniture are competitively priced and they have plenty of stock available at their warehouse next door. They are also open on Sundays!"
