Behind Jano Bistro is the talented chef Pierre-Alain Fenoux, whose passion for cooking was ignited at a young age in the picturesque Savoie region of France. Having worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, Pierre's fine-dining career has shaped his love for creating exciting and flavorsome food using only the highest quality ingredients. Alongside co-founder Diana, a fellow creative and foodie, Pierre's dream of owning his own restaurant became a reality when Jano Bistro opened its doors in 2014.

The name Jano holds a special place in Pierre's heart, as it pays homage to his beloved grandfather who nurtured his love for food and nature. From early morning foraging adventures to helping harvest seasonal produce from his grandfather's abundant garden, Pierre developed a deep appreciation for the gifts of the earth. At Jano Bistro, we continue this tradition by growing our own little herb garden and showcasing the talents of local farms and producers.
