"Absolutely amazing place to attend since the new owners have arrived, can’t believe the friendly service, welcoming smiles and hellos, the cleanliness and the amazing food. The way the owners treat you is incredible, honestly nothing better than the kids having a play, yourself having a hot coffee and being able to have a friendly engaging conversation with the workers. 5 stars is definitely not enough, check it out and you’ll see why they deserve 10000 stars. Can’t wait to return, our newest favourite place to be. Kids are happy and so are the parents - it’s a win win."

"This place is incredible! The new owners and staff are so lovely, the place is so clean and well looked after, the food is delicious and the coffee is great. The changes that have been made already are crazy and the atmosphere is great. My kids absolutely love Funbugs and love playing on the wide range of equipment. The staff are always cleaning, tidying, smiling and talking to their customers and the kids. You genuinely feel welcomed and not rushed here.There is plenty of space for play and to sit and relax. I like that their always looking out for the safety of the kids as well. Honestly fair prices on entry, food and drinks. Chip servings are huge! I wish I was a kid again to play on the playground here… Keep up the great work guys, we can’t wait to come back in for another play and see even more of the exiting changes. 100000/10 stars, this is our favourite place to be and we can’t wait to have my sons birthday there soon. Ballarat's best!"

"Fantastic new owners! Julie and Jamie go above and beyond to ensure a fun and safe experience. The play space is divided to be age appropriate and accommodating. The food is fantastic, lots of different options including those with food intolerances. The staff were constantly running around picking up toys and cleaning things, having a friendly chat to families. Always a great experience and will definitely be back!"

"This place is amazing! They have many little sections of play, like a jumping castle, climbing zone, baby care play, "rollercoaster" area and contained baby/small child area. Parent are encouraged to relax and watch their child from the tables; much better than tailing your little one into those confined climbing areas. Only kids up to 8 are allowed to play, so it's very safe; no big kids running over top the littlies. The food is great; imagine the best Macca's chips you've ever had. They serve a mountain of them here for a really good price. We were very impressed. The staff there are friendly and vigilant; they're great to deal with and keep an eye on all children to ensure everyone's safety. I watched two children run into each other and the staff were on top of it! Great work guys, will definitely keep coming back!"

"Great place. Great staff. The lovely staff member today was on the ball with everything. Coffee was great chips were awesome. She was cleaning and tidying and cooking and serving all with a smile. Absolutely wonderful. The downfall is parents bringing their kids and NOT supervising. There were several children today absolutely destroying the place taking apart the mini coaster near the toddler area. The same Kids running up the big slides and hanging off the edge, but I also had to run and grab a young toddler ( not my own! ) from the bottom of the giant slide as 2 Kids came barrelling down. It's not a daycare. It's a play centre. Please supervise your kids. The staff here do amazing but they don't get paid enough to also be a baby sitter. 100000% recommend this place - just be a decent parent and watch your children."
