I have tried to get my money back on a product that was never sent to me for over a year now. You do have an eBay store. It is still online, and has done 44 transactions since 2016. As the new business owner you should clean up the mess.... not just dismiss it everytime I've tried to sort it out. It surely wouldn't be that difficult to get the logins and refund the purchases that were not sent out."
