"Feeling disappointed as the poor old girl on the only checkout open was three deep and the person she was serving there was a fair holdup with her gift card yet the young girl on the 12 items lane that was empty just pointed at the sign and said no. When i did finally get through with what i would describe as an absolutely dedicated Coles Team member who was lovely,the express ? Lane had served 1 person. Wheres the customer journey / experience here ?"

"Great little store, trolleys unlocked for ease of use. Checkout operator did a wonderful job packing out groceries. Approx 4:30 pm on the non smoke counter. Almost $200 in groceries packed to perfection"

"Great experience today ( Wed 12th July ) courtesy 10/10 by staff in-house and at counter who assisted me with some issues I was experiencing. Then as I was finishing loading up onto counter I saw my spend was over budget and started putting items aside when a tradie in vest etc intervened and put $20 cash on counter to assist further . I did not get his name but extend my extreme appreciation."

"What a disgrace, I was Shopping on a Sunday at 10am the close was very quite at that time. I had a basket of groceries 10 because I had fruit it made my basket look like I had a lot of items. I approached the 12 items or less as someone was about to pay and I was told by Kathy that i need to go to self checkout and do it myself, i said but there was no one in the store why cant you serve me she repeated again you need to go to self checkout, i said again but there is no one in the store, then her friend that se was talking to said to me MATE FOLLOW THE RULES AND GO TO ANOTHER COUNTER. I said who are you, you are a customer why are you getting involved in the conversation. so i just went to another counter as I didn't want to cause trouble. I went to the car and i counted my Items and i only had 11 items. This isn't the first time Kathy has had a go at me before. what a sad day when staff are rude to you. COLES Maybe spend less on marketing and invest some money in customer servcie."

"Love my local Coles, friendly staff. However rarely can you find staff on the floor (I need assistance as on a mobility scooter) And not able to reach high shelving."
