"On a hot day, not so long ago, my partner and I ordered and paid for our brunch. On sitting down to wait, we noticed that there was a trolley with several 2 or 3 litre bottles of milk in it, just sitting in front of one of the other counters. After it had been sitting there for 10 minutes we asked staff if it was their milk. They rudely said that it was their milk. We explained, that we acknowledged that they were busy, and, yes, we were in an air-conditioned shopping centre, but that the milk belonged in the fridge. We were scoffed at! The shopping cart sat there for another 7 to 8 minutes before it was taken away - obviously to a fridge they have elsewhere. I will never return to this establishment or recommend it to anyone else!"
