"The food was great. Just lacking in friendly staff. They looked not interested. When we were shown to the table i would like to know that i order at the counter. No one around at all when I needed a top up of sauce. It could be a great place just need that someone special"
"Food was really bland and tasteless. I had the lamb shank, served with mash and peas. The only good thing that could be said about it was that the meat was tender. Otherwise, it had no taste, the mash was a bit lumpy and not creamy (despite having tons of butter in it, by the taste of it), and the peas were a bit hard. Overall, totally unenjoyable meal. Service was adequate but by no means excellent."
"Great experience. Customer service in bistro from Jess and Emily was brilliant. It was a quieter night so very pleasant atmosphere without too much noise or overhearing conversations from other tables. Food was delicious. Very fresh and cooked to perfection. We had the blue bell mix, then my man had the pasta boscaiola, which was one of the best pasta I've ever tasted. I had prawn twisters as after the share plate, we were already full. Enjoyed our time here so much that we stayed for an after dinner cocktail. Great food and drinks, reasonably priced and excellent service. Highly recommend."
"It's a good local bar to visit. But it's big pricey with its food. Be honest. The most of staffs are friendly and nice only one or two of them are bit rude and moody. We understand sometimes the hospitality industry is a tough environment to work, but it's also very important that the staffs are wise and maintain the customer service. Let's hope next time we can get a even better experience while visiting. Overall, it's still worth to visit sometimes."
"The place looks a bit tired but the food was great. The steak sandwich was delicious and a chocolate mousse was divine. I would definitely recommend it. The staff were friendly."
