"I went through the drive through at 5.50pm and got my food at 6.40pm. I got asked to park and wait and I think I saw about 30 cars go through after me and someone came to give me my order but it wasn't my order then he just rolled his eyes and walked off mind you this is about 30 minutes into the order. So I had to walk in and my order wasn't even there so I guess someone else got my food so I had to reorder my food and wait again. I have had so many problems with orders from this McDonald's after tonight I don't think I'll be ordering from this McDonald's again young kids haven't been trained properly. Disgraceful"
"This Maccas has a great play area for small children (say under 4-5 years old). When we visited last week, the coffee was surprisingly good for a Maccas coffee. Took an unusually long time to get the coffees, but other than that, was a good experience."
"Has the full McDonald's menu offering and a built in cafe. Toilet facilities are relatively well maintained and the kids playground and party area is really good. The staff let the place down on this occasion. For the number of staff on hand (sat morning) the wait times and service was very poor. Most of the staff (many late teens early 20s) were more interested in casual chats with each other (especially in the cafe and back of house area) than serving customers. I watched an elderly gentleman repeatedly call out (politely) to a cafe staff member walking passed. He must have asked four times and she just ignored him. In summary a good venue but let down by the customer service on this occasion."
