"Can’t believe I read Carol’s review from 4 weeks ago and I had same experience, if I owned that business, they’d be out the door quicker than me, I had 2 girls standing in Shoe department one in front of heater not wanting to move, when I asked which one can I ask a question, the one in front of heater said either, so I chose her, because the other one was at least putting shoes back, then she pointed to what she thought I wanted and when I went to ask her if I could try a certain shoe on, she’d walked back to the heater, you know my answer I certainly won’t be back and she gets a pay rise ❓"
"I visited this store last week. Only a couple of customers in the store. Two staff standing around talking, didn’t come over and ask if I need help just walked off. I had to ask the girl on the front desk to ask a staff member for assistance. When I did get help it appeared as though I was putting her out by asking. Bad customer service experience will be taking my business elsewhere in future."
