"Horrible shopping experience portmans Ballarat. Misplaced an additional packing receipt after buying online- when I went to return I was met with a rude staff member who refused to return my items even though I had the tax receipt in my email.. To quote she said "not my problem" and stated they could not return it. The next day I went to highpoint and returned the items there- who by the way had absolutely no problem and were horrified Ballarat wouldn't honour it. Do not bother with the store, unrelenting rudeness."
