From the first call, their team was friendly, professional, and super knowledgeable. They took the time to explain our options and helped us pick the perfect flooring for our home, even stopping by on a couple of different occasions to drop off samples for us to assess. The quality of the product was top-notch, and it looks and feels amazing. But what really blew us away was the installation process. They got it done in record time, and the finish is just perfect. You can tell these guys are real pros who take pride in their work and have done this before. It's not just the way the floor looks, but how it feels underfoot. It's like walking on a cloud. You wouldn't even know there were tiles beneath the floor. We're over the moon with our new floor, and our friends and family have been equally blown away with the new floor. "Today our new laundry and downstairs area flooring is down, and it looks great! From the quotation stage (Peter?) to final finishing touches, all the staff were highly professional, helpful (to people who really didn't even know the questions to ask!) and respectful. Also came in well under a competitor's price (and they had a 'super sale' happening at the time...) We had contact from the owner several times during the process; Ben and Tye explained what they were doing and why and checked that we were satisfied all through the installation. We had a hitch with a really really yuck slab under the revolting vinyl which required an extra step to treat mould. The guys helped us find someone to solve that problem, and then dealt with a very uneven slab... Took an extra day, but we were very happy to take the extra time to get a truly quality result - this also seemed to be the policy of this company.... This is a top notch local company.
