"I couldn't be more disappointed in the service I received. I messaged every 2nd day with my concerns and I was fobbed off constantly being told the colour would come back. After 28 days (photos included) my eyebrows were dreadful. I went to see a professional with 20 years experience who had been in a classroom to learn facial tattooing. She was very disappointed for the industry that this individual simply didn't care. I learned these home salons are being operated by women who have never been trained properly and there is no regulations for the beauty industry in Australia. Basically anyone with a laptop and an Internet connection can get certified!!! I now have to pay to have what little colour I have in these brows removed, a rather painful process. The owner of the business has not contacted me to check on her "work". Granted I was a little unkind by day 20 but she said on many occasions said she wouldn't help me to fix this error for 10 weeks, it would compromise her work. She never suggested I pop in so she could take a look, I had to suggest it but she never offered me an appointment. Perhaps the most disturbing thing she did was tattoo sun spots in my left brow. She isn't a doctor and should never have commenced the job until I'd had those spots looked at my a physician. It only goes to show the lack of training she has had. Please think before booking, yes you may save a few $$$ on the day but it could end up costing you much more!!!"
