"I purchased the jeans last week and got a faulty one .. when I have gone back and asked for an exchange ..the lady at the store just denied an exchange of the jeans .. when I asked for the manager mobile no .. she literally said I don’t have my manager mobile no .. I don’t how an employee does not have her manager contact .."
"Excellent customer service is rare to find, and due to the climate of the pandemic these young ladies went above and beyond. I ordered bulk clothing online and was leaving interstate in a short time frame. In Sydney i could get no communication, so i reached out to this Darwin store and spoke to a lovely team member who pushed me through to their manager Jo. She provided a resolution quickly and said she will call me back. In a short amount of time she had tracked down my order and i recieved an outcome. I also wanted to thank the state manager who assisted the ladies in organising this. I will be shopping at connor again. I am actually moving to Darwin this week and this was amazing.
