"EDITED: I rang to express how disappointed and frustrated I was about the below and the owner of the business immediately attempted to find a way to resolve the issue with me, which I appreciate Completely ripped me off the moment they heard I was out of town!! I got my hair washed and straightened then she told me my ends were a little dry so she'd quickly cut the tips, took her about 20 seconds to cut about 1cm off then she charged me $35 for cutting the tips ON TOP OF my wash and straighten. Very disappointing"
