"Dr Zoe Cooper was just amazing in diagnosing my illness. I found that she has excellent communication skills with people of all walks of life. When you feel no judgment & having an easy going consult, that I felt I could ask her anything. Dr Zoe took me seriously & really listened to what I had to say. Dr also explains everything you need to know & why any tests may be necessary. She is not only very kind but she is very much on the ball professionally. This made me feel very secure & I have much confidence in her I felt acknowledged by her & Im very grateful to have found not only a brilliant Dr & also a very friendly & down to earth human being. Thank you Dr Cooper Jj"
"The doctor I saw over a few years seemed to be anti public health system, as in he wouldn’t book me into the public system for tests when I was a student and didn’t have private health insurance. Turns out I did need the tests, requested several times, due to a very strong family history of heart disease that I have now discovered I have, despite my healthy lifestyle. He was subtle about it, but in hindsight I am absolutely certain he thought I was a lazy white westerner on the take. Very disappointing, I could have started treatment years ago if he hadn’t been so condescending."
"I have never encountered such a rude, arrogant self-opinionated Dr in my life. Talked down to me and treated me like ####. This Dr has NO bedside manner and should look at a different profession. I always thought Drs were there to help patients. Even my 87 year old mother was absolutely discussed and refused to go back to him after her visit."
"So a few weeks ago I called up asking if they would bulk bill because I have a pensioner card. The lady on the phone said yes. So i book an appointment and it was bulk billed. I than yet booked another appointment and that was also bulk billed. I had to make another appointment to find out some test results as they wouldn’t tell me over the phone. I was in the room for 3 min to be told everything was fine and the doctor was rude and pretty much rushed me out of the surgery as soon as possible. I went up to the girls at the counter to book another appointment and I went to walk out as usual and she told me it wasn’t bulk billed. Which was strange because I have had much longer appointments that were bulk billed. I than questioned her as to why it was bulk billed than she replied with it’s up to the doctor. I asked if I could speak to the doctor she didn’t reply so I asked again and she bipassed the topic. I’m very disappointed that I drove all the way from crows nest to there to get my appointments bulk billed but it wasn’t and not to mention how rude they were. Never coming back again. Consider that appointment on Thursday cancelled."
"Fabulous staff and fabulous doctors. They listen to my needs and always do a thorough overhaul. If my GP isn't available, there is always another doc there to help with emergency queries. They ave looked after my family for many years now. I trust them completely and feel blessed that I have this doc surgery."
