"All Physio staff are all competent, highly qualified and friendly. What lets this clinic down along with all other AS physio clinics I have visited for my family is the overall patient experience. They have outdated 90s style treatment areas separated by curtains and for every visit the curtains were never pulled for my young shy daughter which she hated. Post-care included stick figures drawn on scrappy paper vs modern technology with an email including a link to download the Physiapp providing visual videos and instructions. This made such a difference when visiting Everybodies Physio up the road + private rooms. Ok we paid an extra $10 but it was well worth it for my daughter. Sorry we are no longer a customer at the request of my daughter but perhaps their head office should get with the modern times to provide this service for local AS clinics in my area!"
