"I ordered an order through the subway app around 1pm this afternoon.. I still have not yet received my order which was worth almost $50 and subway said they had a driver pick up my order. Well they soon put the blame on everyone but themselves and won’t give me a refund or remake my order, they seem to have no link to the driver so they say, so why on earth did they give my order to some random person that claims to be a driver? They told me that it was delivered via DoorDash which isn’t correct as I ordered delivery through the subway app and it’s now past 3pm I’m absolutely starving and still haven’t received my meal nor going to get a refund. Take more responsibility for your orders cause now I’ve just lost $50 for no reason. Never ordering through the app ever again. Absolute disappointment."

"Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. The young girl who took my order, didn’t even say a word when I walked in, just stared at me. When I told her what I wanted, she said nothing and went to get the bread. 2 of the 4 staff on disappeared out the back and another was restocking the salad. She looked at me so I smiled at her, when she said ‘can you just go stand down there while she does your order’, why? I moved down the counter to stand in front of the meat (which I had already told the other girl what I wanted). I watched her cut the bread which ripped in multiple places and, unlike other branches, who add your salad while the meat heats, I stood there, along with the girl, looking at the meat being heated. When it was finally ready, another person had walked in and order food, so my meat was then left on the bread, while the other customers meat was being sorted, it was very inefficient . Not sure how staff and stores can be so different. Staff need more training and there needs to be a manager/adult supervising these young girls."

"on wednesday i came in for my dinner and a kind and friendly young man came and served me i just knew after this impeccable service i had to ask for his name he said it was tye i hope this boy gets the recognition he deserves for such a great service"

"Just experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever been put through. I hope the owners watch the footage of closing time Boxing Day 2022. Tall, blonde girl helped serve my partner and I. Her attitude was beyond rude. I let her co-worker know. She must have told her because I can still see her now through the window yelling. Never experienced anything like it. Absolutely horrible. I have lived locally and eaten here for many years but will now be going elsewhere. That was very uncomfortable."
