KFC Butler

"Don't go there on Friday Nights!! I've been to KFC's all around Australia and I'd give this no stars if I could. Placed our order, it was very busy, so we waited for almost an hour before going up to the counter and asking for our money back. So many complaints while we were waiting. (Totally wrong orders given to the drive thru customers who were then having to stop and come in to complain). Someone needs to take control of the ordering and service as what there was is terrible. You are losing so many customers. ☹️ We ended up next door at McDonald's."

"I am often a kfc butler customer and so is my family. Up until recently I have had very few complaints. I bought the build your own bucket on my app and picked it up through the drive thru window. When I got home and upacked it I was not impressed. The chicken/tenders/nuggets were jammed, and I mean really jammed into a box where the nuggets and tenders were very squished. The chicken pieces in the box were mostly wings, a couple of legs and 2 normal pieces. The tenders were less than what was ordered and that is taking into account they were squished into the box and broken. There was the right amount of nuggets but again they were so squished into the box they werent very appetising. The chips also were old, cold and not even full in the box. The popcorn chicken was reasonable. I am so unhappy with my order and I apologise I didnt think to take a picture as I had to turn it out onto a tray just to try and sort out what was what. This was a big order for me for a family get together and I was extremely embarrassed trying to serve up a mangled mess after telling them our kfc was really good.I sent a complaint to head office and all they did was send it to butler. Butler said they tried to contact me which I highly doubt as I asked in the original complaint to only contact me by my email. Manager needs to be replaced and some serious training needs to be done. Dont waste your time"

"I have visited this store many times as it's the closest KFC to home. About 60% of the times that I have been there I have had issues with my drive thru orders. I would stop going there but my wife likes KFC. Please improve your drive through service. I live in Yanchep and don't want to be sitting there checking that you did you job right and letting all the heat out of the packs. I'm rooting for you to do better."
