"If I could give a zero star rating I would. I have attempted to use this chemist several times and today will be the last. Staff have zero customer service skills, are abrupt and give minimal care. The item I required for my son I was charged and extra $10 compared to every other chemist in the local area, ranging from Ipswich to Toowoomba. I honestly hope people’s check their prices online prior to using this “discount chemist” because it is far from it!!! A quick google of the item will tell you how much other chemists charge! Todays price difference was disgusting for an Asthma medication."

"Excellent place, very knowledgeable. They hold all the medications we need, even the one that everyone else normally has to orders in."

"They price gouge on masks every time a new mask mandate comes in. WAY more expensive than any other chemist, and their reusable masks don't fit properly, very cheap material, and are completely ineffective and useless. Profiting off a pandemic is disgusting. In the last few years I've spent a lot of money on a family member's medications and elderly care products here and always had to wait a ridiculously long time, but this is the final straw. I'll never go back there again."

"Incredible staff that are friendly and courteous. They are always prompt in their customer service and provide professional pharmaceutical advice. We went in as our daughter had broken a shelf off our fridge and smashed their antibiotics, resulting in us requiring to re-fill scripts earlier. When we explained this to the pharmacist she was an absolute blessing to deal with as we were highly concerned how we would rectify this situation. We will only be using this pharmacy from now on as they are great to deal with."

"Average at best . Good selection of stuff no doubts. Prescriptions on the other hand , expensive, they push generic brands even when Dr says no generics . They don't tell you they substitute brands SO BE VIGILANT AND ASK WHAT THEY PLAN ON GIVING YOU . Just recently they have been surcharging my scripts because i ask for non generic. I shopped around and my other chemist does not surcharge. This is a blatant money grab , shame on you . But my fault for going there . I guess most people just do what the chemist says and thats why they can get away with it . Speak up people if you don't want generic medication ask for the original brand your Dr prescribed. Original brands are the pioneers in their fields , generics are only copies with same ingredients , they don't always work as good as originals. Any good Dr will tell you this."
