"Actually really frustrated with this chemist, the online ordering system they use is one I've used for a long time and use with various other chemists and I've never had so many issues. Ive tried to address this with them and how the app is supposed to work and they've shut me down and talked in circles based purely on their misunderstanding of the app and it's features. Service staff has always been prompt and courteous but I use an online tool for accessibility reasons and the chemist repeatedly losing my families repeats and arguing with me about scripts having repeats against all evidence to the contrary, rather than owning their mistakes, doesn't make me want to return."

"Always lovely customer service & they stock a wide range of helpful products. They always have on stock my sons medication which during the pandemic was hard to get. The store is organised, clean & tidy every time I visit. It's nice service when you can have a 1 on 1 conversation with the pharmacist & ask many questions about new medicines you have to take. 5 stars for staff at Hatton Vale."
