"Grant Russell and Co were engaged to do a pre-purchase inspection report on a motor vehicle I was purchasing. The report contained serious errors and failed to pick up obvious major problems. For example, there was a very large hole in the radiator and the a/c condenser. The radiator was leaking. They stated in their report, “Overall, the vehicle is in good condition…” Grant Russell and Company were negligent in their task they were paid to do. As a result, I have incurred a substantial financial loss. The vehicle was “a write-off.” I found their failure to respond to my request of discussion and compensation cowardly. It is my opinion that they have shown a complete lack of integrity."
