"We initially came into pandora Rockingham looking for the perfect charms to represent some very important milestones. Not only were the staff amazingly helpful but we were treated with care and consideration. We chose a range of charms and were able to get a second bracelet as part of their promotion. Since then I have returned to get another two charms. Unfortunately the ones I wanted were out of stock but the staff took the time to look locally and offer to order them in for an end of the week delivery. Friendly service. Will definitely come back."

"I stopped going to this store a few years ago as staff where too busy chatting or rude everytime I went in. However the change in staff from a few years go has been a breath of fresh air the ladies are lovely and so helpful. They were so lovely when I took my 80yr old Nan in a few months ago to help her with bracelet sizing and selecting charms. My daughter had caught and broken a retired frozen charm that I didn't think would be able to be repaired but the ladies assured me it could be so that's been sent off and one of my own after it couldn't be repaired they replaced it. So happy with the served that went over and beyond our expectations."
