"Nice selection jewellery the staff i dealt with were so nice"
"I purchased a 10c gold chain about 6 months ago. I wore the chain for a month and the o-ring broke while I was out. I wasn’t made aware the jeweler was located out of state. It took 3 weeks to get it back. Then a month after that the link broke. Another 3 week turnaround. Then the staff member wouldn’t accept my photo id saved to my mobile after she gave me a heap of excuses and literally took a look at my id and gave it straight back. Was rude and unprofessional. After paying a heap for a gold chain I hope I don’t have to go back a third time. Not good enough!"
"My partner bought a rather pricey watch that he needed to return as it was an unwanted gift. He rang the store to ensure he could return the watch even though he had purchased it at a different store. The attendant was extremely unhelpful and advised him that no one in the store could process a return until the manger returned on a different day. Excuse me? What an absolute joke."
"Walked in wanting to spend $1000 on a present. Team member made eye contact but then proceeded to serve the Female customer coming in after me. I had stop at the location of the item i wanted to purchase but no approach. I was the only person in there with 3 staff. Left and lodge a complaint and no reply. Went to Baldivis to Purchase. Would never go back to Rockingham."
