"I purchased a beautiful Seiko solar watch from Angus & Coote, Rockingham earlier this year. I was very satisfied with it when one day I noticed a chip in glass at about 11 o'clock and it was quite large at the edge. I only wear the watch for best and had never knowingly knocked it When I returned to the shop they told me that it was not covered under warranty. They sent it away for me and later I received a telephone call to say the repairs would cost over $200.00. So as I had not paid much more that this for it (in a sale) I decided I couldn't afford to get it repaired. They were very helpful and nice about it and told me they would call me on it's return to the shop. Later I received a call to pick the watch up and did so today. To my amazement when they handed over the watch it was repaired like new and told me it was a "good will gesture". I was very surprised and thanked them very much but this didn't seem to be enough so I am saying it here. Thank you staff of Rockingham and all involved you have made an old retired pensioner very happy. God Bless you all. Wayne Knight."
"My partner purchased a ring for me in the second half of 2019 and mid 2020 I began having issues with it. I took it back and the staff were very accommodating, explaining that sending it away would take significant time due to Covid etc. It did take a little while, they even called me to update me half way through which was lovely. My ring was replaced and we were able to get a better size, I'm now back to staring at my beautiful ring again. The staff were friendly, listened to my concerns, communicated wonderfully. I really appreciate the level of service received."

"I purchased a set of earrings for my wife one of the clips are faulty took them back today & was told could not do anything about them as did not have receipt,When i purchased I was told that only angus & coote sell them ,so realy why would I need the receipt ,It dose not matter anymore all these big companies dont care any more My wife and I are aged pensioners and cant afford to keep buying these things I think it is a complete ripoff"
