"What a wonderful hotel! From check in to check out the service was amazing and the room had a beautiful lux feel. The giant adventure park next door was a big child-friendly tick. It was a bit weird that the room had no kitchen sink or dining table but other than that it was a great stay."
"Pros: Lovely view from the gorge room. Rooms were spacious, clean and all amenities were provided. Plenty of car parking spots Staff were friendly and room service did a great job everyday Nice decor both in the room and the shared lobby / lounge area Gardens were well maintained Cons: Good overall but quite pricey for what you get. There were no free inclusions except for a gym. All services like the salon, spa and restaurant were extremely overpriced. the aircon did not sufficiently heat the room during the day and the room constantly felt a little cold. The soundproofing / noise insulation were very poor and you could hear a full conversation from the surrounding rooms. The TV was slow, small and annoying to use."
"Perfect hotel! One night stay. Upgrade on arrival. Beautiful Labrador roaming the reception area to greet people. The room was quite spacious, with a magnificent view over the river, The bathroom was large, but the floor tiles were slippery so be careful! We included breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and real coffee and cooked breakfast was delicious to start the day!"
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were great, the service was good. The room service didn’t have the biggest menu but overall wasn’t too bad. The Spa down stairs was lovely!"
