"Coming back home to Tas from Vic we needed a groomer for our two dogs and got recommended "Yours in Paws" so we decided to give them a go. My partner took my senior rescue dog in to get her nails trimmed for the first time. We made staff aware that she was an anxious dog who isn't very comfortable getting her nails done or being around other dogs which was "fine". Not long after this team member came out and basically threw the lead at my partner and said "You need to take her, we can't do it because we don't want to put our staff at risk as we have 50+ dogs out the back and it's to stressful" even though they were aware she wasn't comfortable around other dogs? For a company to be running since 2010 and can't handle ONE dog is a bit poor. Our groomer in Vic was able to handle her ON HER OWN. And this team member from "Yours in Paws" turns around and says "Well maybe you should go back to Melbourne". How bloody rude! I was very disappointed with this experience. For a grooming company to have many years experience and a 5 star review, I am lost for words. No-one has EVER turned my dog away despite her anxiousness. Unbelievable."
